We’re here to help you afford your education
At Webster University, we're committed to making our education accessible to all.
Webster offers several financial aid options to help you complete your graduate degree. While the primary financial aid source for graduate students is through federal student loan programs—which is why it's important to complete your FAFSA—we also offer a limited number of scholarships, including to military members and first responders.
Grants
Grant money is awarded by the government to eligible students with financial need. The money is yours to keep to help pay for school, so you never have to pay it back as long as you attend your classes.
Military Benefits
In addition to reduced tuition, military students may be eligible for tuition assistance provided by the military.
Scholarships
Webster offers a limited number of scholarships—including to military and first responders—but we encourage you to also explore other funding sources, which offer available graduate scholarships.
Transfer credits
If you’ve been to another college, you can save both money and time on your Webster degree by transferring your past credits. Every class you transfer in is one you don't have to take, or pay for, at Webster.
Loans
There are two major types of loans: federal loans provided by the government, and private loans from banks. Federal loans come with lower interest rates, and some are even interest-free while you’re in school, so we encourage you to use federal loans before considering private ones.
Corporate Discounts
We offer some employer discounts, as well as discounts for first responders, helping to reduce the cost of tuition.
An education for all
There's something for everybody at Webster. Anyone can find their niche. This gave me a great sense of belonging.
